Welcome to the 2008-2009 Down Under Proxy Rally. An event which allows slot fans of rally cars to partake in a unique event over the spring/summer in Australia. This will be the second running of this event, with the 07/08 DUPR being the first. Last years event was well supported with 23 cars competing over 8 rounds across 4 cities. With sponsors, prizes, trophies, more entrants and more excitement, this years event is shaping up to be even bigger !

The event is for 1/32 scale slot cars of 2000 to 2008 WRC/JWRC cars, run over purpose built rally tracks. Cars accumulate points over the rounds and the winner is the person with the most points at the end.



Winning is everything this year, with a 'Spirit of the Proxy' award going to the entrant whose car best embraces what an event like this is about. ie taking a slot car, improiving its looks, handling and reliability and sending it off to compete.
